CÓMO FUNCIONA EL PROGRAMA
Youth Confirmation Program Timeline 
​The Recommended Timeline for a Confirmation Student is as follows
  • Students begin confirmation in 9th grade (or 10th grade if necessary)
  • Confirmation 1 is done through the 9th Grade
  • Confirmation 2 is done through the 10th Grade
  • Confirmation 3 is done through the 11th Grade
In the 12th grade, students can enjoy the activities of their senior year being Confirmed and sealed with the Holy Spirit to spread the Good News of Christ!

​Session Schedule (all sessions subject to change and occasional deviations)
  • Confirmation 1: 1st & 3rd Wednesdays (Occasional 5th Wednesday to offset holidays)
    6:30PM-8:30PM in the Church / Ministry Center
  • Confirmation 2: 2nd & 4th Wednesdays
    6:30PM-8:30PM in the Church / Ministry Center
  • Confirmation 3: 1st & 3rd Sundays
    ​    6:30PM-8:30PM in the Church / Ministry Center

Tuition, Fees & Refund Policy
  • Tuition is $120 per Student
    • Discounts available: 2 students -$20, 
    • Late Fee: $10 after July 23,2025
    • Insufficient Funds Fee: $15
    • Online Payment Rejected Fee: $10   
    • Refund only available before date of First Class
  • Confirmation 1 & 2 Retreats: $30 each
  • Confirmation 3 Retreat: $225 (payment plans available)
  • Confirmation Stoles for Mass (OPTIONAL): $15
  • Book Replacement Fee: $15-$40

Student Responsibilities
  • Attend Sunday Mass or Saturday Vigil every weekend (as all Catholics should)
    • Confirmation 3 Students must serve the 5pm Youth Mass at least 8 times in the Catechetical Year September-May
  • Attend Bi-Weekly Confirmation Sessions & assigned Retreat
  • Always bring to sessions: Bible, Workbook, Student Binder, Pencil, Notebook
  • Attend 4 “Journey” Youth Ministry within the catechetical year (Thursdays 6:30PM-8:30PM)
Participate in yearly Confirmation Retreat Fundraiser (details TBD)
Cronograma del programa
El cronograma recomendado para un estudiante de confirmación es el siguiente
  • Los estudiantes comienzan la confirmación en 9o grado (o 10o grado si es necesario)
  • La confirmación 1 se realiza hasta el 9o grado
  • La confirmación 2 se realiza hasta el 10o grado
  • La Confirmación 3 se realiza hasta el 11º grado.
En el 12o grado, los estudiantes pueden disfrutar de las actividades de su último año siendo confirmados y sellados con el Espíritu Santo para difundir las Buenas Nuevas de Cristo.

Horarios de las sesiones (todas las sesiones sujetas a cambios y desviaciones ocasionales)
Confirmación 1: 1er & 3er miércoles (Ocasional 5th miércoles para compensar festivos)
6:30PM-8:30PM en la Iglesia/Centro Ministerial
Confirmación 2: 2ndo y 4to miércoles
6:30PM-8:30PM en la Iglesia/Centro Ministerial
Confirmación 3: 1er & 3er domingo
6:30PM-8:30PM en la Iglesia/Centro Ministerial

  • La matrícula es de $120 por estudiante.
    • Descuentos disponibles: 2 estudiantes -$20,
    • Cargo por pago atrasado: $10 después del 23 de julio
    • Cargo por fondos insuficientes: $15
    • Cargo por pago rechazado en línea: $10    
    • Reembolso solo disponible antes de la fecha de Primera Clase
  • Retiros de Confirmación 1 y 2: $30 cada uno
  • Retiro de Confirmación 3: $225 (planes de pago disponibles)
  • Estolas para la Misa de Confirmación (OPCIONAL): $15

 Responsabilidades de los estudiantes
  • Asistir a la misa dominical o a la vigilia del sábado todos los fines de semana (como deberían hacerlo todos los católicos)
    • Estudiantes de Confirmación 3  deben asistir a la Misa de Jóvenes Católicos de las 5 p.m. al menos 8 veces en el año Catequético de septiembre a mayo
  • Asistir a las sesiones de confirmación quincenales y al retiro asignado
  • Lleve siempre a las sesiones: Biblia, cuaderno de ejercicios, carpeta del estudiante, lápiz, cuaderno.
  • Asistir a 4 noches de “Journey” Ministerio Juvenil dentro del año catequético (jueves 6:30PM-8:30PM)
  • Participe en la recaudación de fondos anual del retiro de confirmación (detalles por determinar)

Sponsor requirements

The sponsor's primary responsibility is to provide the candidate prayerful support and guidance in their Christian walk. They should also "take care that the confirmed person behaves as a true witness of Christ and faithfully fulfills the obligations inherent in this sacrament"
  • Age: must be at least 18 years old.
  • Relationship to candidate: must be someone other than the candidate's parent.
  • Catholic Practice: must be a registered member of a Catholic parish for at least 3 months.
  • Sacraments: must have received the sacraments of Baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation. If married, the sponsor must be in a marriage recognized by the Church.
  • Other requirements: must celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation at least once a year, and attend Mass  each week and receive Communion.
  • Integrity: should be a person of integrity who is willing to speak up for what is right.
Relationship: should be someone you know well, and who knows you well.

​REQUISITOS DEL Padrino/madrina

La responsabilidad principal del padrino o madrina es brindarle al candidato apoyo y orientación en oración en su caminar cristiano. También deben "cuidar que la persona confirmada se comporte como verdadero testigo de Cristo y cumpla fielmente las obligaciones inherentes a este sacramento".
  • Edad: debe tener al menos 18 años.
  • Relación con el candidato: debe ser alguien que no sea el padre del candidato.
  • Práctica católica: debe ser miembro registrado de una parroquia católica durante al menos 3 meses.
  • Sacramentos: debe haber recibido los sacramentos del Bautismo, Primera Comunión y Confirmación. Si está casado, el padrino debe estar en un matrimonio reconocido por la Iglesia Católica.
  • Otros requisitos: debe celebrar el Sacramento de la Reconciliación al menos una vez al año, asistir a Misa  cada semana y Comulgar.
  • Integridad: debe ser una persona íntegra que esté dispuesta a defender lo que es correcto.
  • Relación: debe ser alguien a quien conozcas bien y que te conozca bien.
